January of this year marked the beginning of the third year that our Pastor, Todd Kirkland and wife Cathy have been at MiracleBaptistChurch. In that time, God has been doing some wonderful things in their personal lives as well as our church.

“Cathy and I believe we have found a church family that we not only can serve in, but one in which we feel very much at home. Miracle is such a warm and loving church that we just want to invite everyone to come and worship the Lord Jesus Christ with us. Cathy and I are always asking someone, whether it is our neighbors, the waiter or waitress at our favorite place to eat, or even a car salesperson, to come and see what is unique about Miracle.”

Todd and Cathy came from South Carolina where they had been in ministry for over fourteen years and had served in three other churches.  They are now leading Miracle in the Ministry Vision of Reach, Connect, Grow, and Serve.  Todd sees his wife as a partner in ministry and as a great help with strengths of her own that she utilizes well.

Pastor Todd says, "Cathy does a fair amount of counseling as well, especially when it comes to counseling the ladies of the church.  Cathy has a natural gift from the Lord when it comes to ministering to others when they are hurting.  I am so blessed to have her in my life and ministry and am very proud of her.” Cathy is planning to attend a nearby university this year in hopes of getting her masters degree in counseling.  Todd is hoping to finish his Ph.D. in Administration this year as well.

”We are very excited about what God is doing in our lives and what we are seeing Him do at Miracle.  Our focus this year is on the family.  So please come and join us for a Sunday or a Wednesday as we worship our Lord Jesus Christ.”
